Refund Policy

HoneyXtaci is operated by Vortex Prime Holdings LLC. Because our products are intimate personal-care items, we follow strict hygiene rules on returns. We want you to love your order, so please read this policy before you buy.

Opened or used items are final sale

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of intimate products, lubricants, oils, candles, lingerie or apparel once the packaging has been opened, the seal broken, or the item used or worn.

Unopened items

If you change your mind, you may request a return of an item that is unopened, unused and still factory-sealed within 14 days of delivery. Email us first at honeyxtaci@proton.me with your order number and we will reply with return instructions. Items sent back without an approved return request cannot be accepted. Unless the return is due to our error, return shipping is your responsibility and original shipping charges are not refundable.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong item, we will make it right with a free replacement or a full refund.

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at honeyxtaci@proton.me.
  • Include your order number and a clear photo or short video showing the issue (and the packing slip for wrong items).
  • In most cases you will not need to ship the item back. If we do need it returned, we will provide a prepaid label.

A product that stops working within the manufacturer's warranty period may also be covered by that brand's warranty. Contact us and we will help with the claim.

Missing or lost packages

If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find your package, please check with neighbors and your building's mail area, then contact us within 7 days. If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resend or refund your order.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit. Gift cards are non-refundable.

Cancellations

Orders are sent to fulfillment quickly. If you need to cancel, email us as soon as possible. We can cancel an order only if it has not yet been processed for shipping.
