Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. Due to the intimate nature of our products and hygiene regulations, our refund policy is specific to product type.

Returns Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items The following cannot be returned once opened or used: pleasure toys, vibrators, lubricants, massage oils, intimate apparel that contacts the body, and any items marked Final Sale.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@honeyxtaci.com with your order number and photos. We will offer a full replacement, store credit, or refund.

Refunds Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the return. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled before they enter fulfillment. Contact us immediately at info@honeyxtaci.com as we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order begins processing. Due to our rapid fulfillment process, please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Chargebacks If you have an issue with your order please contact us first — we resolve disputes quickly and fairly. Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed and may result in your account being permanently banned from our store.
