These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of honeyxtaci.com and any purchase you make from us. HoneyXtaci is a trade name of Vortex Prime Holdings LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("HoneyXtaci," "we," "us"). By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Adults only
This website and its products are intended only for adults. By using the site you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) and that viewing and buying adult products is legal where you are. We may cancel any order if we believe these conditions are not met.
2. Products and personal use
Our products are sold for lawful, personal, adult use only and not for resale. Always read and follow the manufacturer's instructions, care and safety information. Do not use a product if it is damaged. Our products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition. 3. Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept, limit or decline any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, or stock unavailability. Your order is accepted when it ships. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will refund you in full.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping are shown at checkout. You agree to provide accurate payment and billing information and confirm you are authorized to use your payment method.
5. Shipping, returns and refunds
Shipping is described in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, including our hygiene rule that opened or used intimate items are final sale.
6. Discretion and privacy
We ship in plain packaging and handle your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Chargebacks
If you have a problem with an order, please contact us first at honeyxtaci@proton.me so we can make it right quickly. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks filed without first contacting us, and to decline future orders from accounts with unresolved disputes.
8. Website content
All content on this website, including text, design and graphics, is owned by HoneyXtaci or its licensors. Product names and logos belong to their respective brands. You may not copy or reuse our content without written permission. Educational content in The Journal is for general information only and is not medical advice.
9. Relationship with Shopify
HoneyXtaci is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with HoneyXtaci. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and HoneyXtaci, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services, and you release Shopify and its affiliates from all such claims.
10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and products are provided "as is," and we disclaim all implied warranties except any warranty provided by the product's manufacturer. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
