HoneyXtaci is operated by Vortex Prime Holdings LLC. We ship every order with complete discretion.
Discreet packaging, always
- Every order ships in a plain, unmarked box or mailer.
- No product names, images or adult references appear on the outside of the package.
- Your order may ship directly from one of our fulfillment partners' warehouses, so the return address may not say HoneyXtaci.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and another with tracking once it ships.
Delivery time
Most orders arrive within 3–8 business days after shipping, depending on your location. Delivery times are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed. Orders with several items may arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking.
Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
Every order includes tracking. If you have not received your tracking email within 4 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder, then contact us.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned because of an address error, we can reship it once the extra shipping cost is paid.
Lost or damaged in transit
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. See our Refund Policy for how we make it right.
